94 Spanish manufacturers of ceramic wall and floor tiles took part in the thirty-third edition of the Cersaie trade fair, held between 26th and 30th September in Bologna, Italy. The group of Spanish ceramic tile producers returned to one of the ceramic tile sectors biggest international events to showcase their new collections, reflecting the latest trends in interior design.
With global sales reaching over 3.07 billion euros in 2015, Spain is one of the world leaders in the production and export of ceramic tiles. Indeed, the Spanish ceramic tile industry is noted for its highly competitive and dynamic nature. Its long-standing tradition in this sector has provided it with the experience and know-how that set it apart from its rivals and have enabled it to position its ceramic tile products in no fewer than 186 countries.
In keeping with tradition, we have taken a look at the new products presented at Cersaie in order to unlock this year’s major creative trends in the ceramic tile collections, which can be summed up as follows: Exoticism, Fragments, Brick style, Chevron patterns, Lines, Objets d’art, Soft Touch,Shades of grey, Water life and SuperSize ME
