Despite a decrease in the number of visitors to the fair compared with other years, the firm is satisfied and optimistic with regard to the number of visits received at the stand shared with the large-format sintered stone Arklam.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Highlights this year include “strategic” visits by professionals and Partners, who have lauded the versatility and realism of the materials presented. <\/em><\/p>\n

Cersaie 2021<\/a>\u00a0has been one of the most atypical fairs in recent years. Despite the decline in the number of visitors confirmed by the organisation (around 63,000, i.e. 56% of those in 2019)<\/strong>, ITT Ceramic takes a positive view<\/strong>\u00a0of what was achieved last week in Bologna.<\/p>\n

With international visitors accounting for 38% of the attendees at the five-day Cersaie event, many professionals and Partners visited the company’s stand to learn first-hand about the latest ceramics collections released. Visitors were wowed by their wide variety of formats \u2013 from the bestselling<\/em> 30×60, 60×60, 90×90 or 60×120 models to the 120×120 or 29.5×90 formats used for cladding- and their incredible details and material effects, perfectly emulating the most exclusive woods, stones and marbles. Particular pride of place was given at the ITT Ceramic stand at Cersaie 2021 to the new marble designs, featuring highly-veined surfaces in black tones, such as Calacatta Black<\/a> or veering towards rusty tones, such as Syrac. Collections that also boast original reliefs carved in stone and incredible light and shadow effects. The new stone-effect collections also impressed the attendees at the Bologna trade fair, particularly the Atl\u00e1ntida<\/a>, combining its stone background and geometric reliefs in one of the stand’s meeting areas. In woods, the Amalfi<\/a> and Soleil really stood out, bringing new relief features and a variety of tile-style formats for designer interiors.<\/p>\n

The Creative<\/a> Corner was also one of the most visited throughout the week, thanks to its vibrant and dynamic tropical designs, inspired by some of the firm’s iconic collections, such as Mystic, Calacatta Paonazzo or Estatuario, among others. 23×27 and hexagonal formats, ideal for private and contractor projects.<\/p>\n

According to ITT Ceramic CEO, Rami Hamze, Cersaie has been a \u00abhighly positive experience for the brand\u00bb, as it has been able to showcase its latest products to \u00abstrategic customers\u00bb in person. \u00abThe result of this trade fair, and of those to come in the future, is, and will be, different from the ones that came before\u00bb, he adds. \u00abAll the changes that have happened in the last year and a half have led to a very rapid transformation of our sector. I think that transformation is here now, and we are ready for this change. Our digital and face-to-face business model is the most important thing now\u00bb, he concludes.<\/p>\n

The 2021 edition of the Cersaie fair was marked by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the restrictions on international travel, which have particularly affected markets such as Asia, there has been\u00a0a strong international presence with full safety guarantees<\/strong>.\u00a0The successful policies implemented include the measures<\/strong>\u00a0taken and demanded by the exhibitors\u00a0and the Green Pass<\/strong>\u00a0or vaccination certificate requested by the organisation at the entrance to the precinct.<\/p>\n

The next edition of Cersaie will be held\u00a0from 26 to 30 September 2022.\u00a0<\/strong>See you then.<\/p>\n
