This privacy policy establishes how personal data provided by a DATA SUBJECT are managed. This policy is expressly and fully accepted by the DATA SUBJECT from the first moment he/she uses the site or the services offered by THE HOLDER, or when he/she communicates any personal data, since such communication is always considered voluntary and implying acceptance of the personal data processing conditions for the purposes indicated by THE HOLDER.

The COMPANY is responsible for the processing of your personal data. These data have been included in data handlings duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

THE COMPANY has adopted the appropriate security measures in its facilities, systems and treatments. Purpose of the Personal Data Processing

Processing Legitimation or Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing the data requested and collected by THE COMPANY, will be the following:

– In case of data collection through the contact channels enabled on the website, including the contact form, the legal grounds rely on the consent of the data subject.

For this purpose, the form shall include a check-box where such consent will be requested. It shall also present information of the existence of a disclaimer and a privacy policy, while providing access to both.

Exercise of Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Suppression, Opposition, Limitation to Processing and Portability

DATA SUBJECTS are hereby informed of their right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (AEPD) and/or request its protection, especially if they consider that THE COMPANY has not given a satisfactory answer, thereby exercising their rights through the electronic site of the agency’s web portal (www.agpd.es), or by post (C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001-Madrid).

The DATA SUBJECT hereby declares to have been duly informed of the conditions on Personal Data Protection in the terms established in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, regarding the protection of natural persons during the processing of their personal data. THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify its data protection policy according to its own criteria, or as a result of a law amendment, case-law change or modifications in the business practice.
